White Pine Trail Tree Walk at Hoyt Arboretum!

If you’ve spent time at Hoyt Arboretum, one of your favorite trails to explore might be White Pine.  Join me for a walk to learn more about the interesting flora that you’ve always wondered about on your hikes.  You will visit natives, pines, and other significant trees along the way.  This will also be an opportunity to dive into the world of pines, their natural history, how to tell different species apart, and what is extra special about the native white pines.

Class size is limited and pre-registration is required.

One of the coooolest white pines, the Great Basin bristlecone pine (Pinus longaeva)
